As discussed.
The site of the industry falls under the industrial spot zone as per the master plan Bathinda which is suitable for operation of unit.
In view of above it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the Industry for a period upto 30.9.2025(fee adequacy) with suitable conditions along with following special conditions that-
1. The discharge of trade effluent partly into sewer / partly into plantation within premises.
2. The industry will obtain permission from the concerned department regarding operation of the unit at the present site beyond 25.5.2025.
