As per record no action is pending against the poultry farm. Further, during last visit the poultry farm was found complying with SoP framed for such units.
In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the poultry farm upto 30/09/2032 (upto adequacy of consent fee) with suitable conditions and with special condition that the poultry farm shall comply with the environmental guidelines/code of practice prescribed by the Board/CPCB.
