The case of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The industry has not attached the approved building plan from the Director of Factories, Punjab.
2.The industry has not updated the CA value in the application form.
3. The industry is required to attach the proof of date of commissioning of the rice mill such as electricity bill etc. so that adequacy of the consent fee can be calculated.
You are requested to attach the above said document within 3 days so that the application can be processed further. |
