• The industry was visited by the officer of the Board on 22.12.2023 and emission samples were collected and as per the analysis report, the conc. of particulate matter was found within the permissible limits…………
• The industry has applied for obtaining extension in the validity of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981………..
• The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 26.03.2024 and was found in operation. Covered shed provided for storage of gypsum, however some quantity of gypsum and fly ash was found stored outside the storage shed. Internal roads were dust laden. Bag filters installed as APCD with the hopper section, ball mill section & packaging section along-with adequate stack height and sampling facilitate. Online Continuous Ambient Air Quantity Monitoring System installed and connected with the server of PPCB/CPCB. Also, Online Continuous Emission Monitoring System installed with the stack of boil mill and the same is connected with the Server of PPCB………
• As the industry has stored some quantity of gypsum & fly ash outside the storage shed and as the internal roads were found dust laden. If approved, show cause notice before refusal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be issued to the industry along-with an opportunity to submit written reply in the matter, within 10 days………….
