File Note: It is submitted that the point wise compliance of the decisions of personal hearing is as under:- 1. Now, the industry has made an agreement with M/S J.B.R. Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana to dispose off its trade effluent @ 500 Lts/month on 02.12.2023. It has provided 3 No. Settling-cum Storage tanks of size 30” * 30” * 48” each. The effluent is lifted by M/S J.B.R. Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from these tanks. 2. Now, the industry has provided septic tank to treat the domestic effluent and treated domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation inside the factory premises and joining plot owned by the owner of the factory. 3. Now, the industry has provided adequate stack height to its D.G. Set of 62 KVA with canopy. 4. Now, the industry has provided hazardous waste storage room of size 8’ (L) * 4’ (W) * 8’ (H) for Paint Sludge/residue and spent oil in which 14 Bags were lying stored, but the industry has not applied for obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and trans boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 in office so far. 5. In Support of Date of Commissioning of the Paint process, the industry has submitted the purchased Bills of Diesel Fired Liquid Paint Oven and Liquid Paint Booth from M/S D.S. Enterprises, Industrial Area-C, Ludhiana vide Bill No. DSE- 00054 dated 12.11.2020 (Oven) and vide Bill No. DSE-00060 dated 25.11.2020 (Paint Booth). 6. AS per GLADA Regularization letter (Application No. 269953), the site of the industry falls in industrial Colony. 7. The industry is maintaining the record of water consumed in process area and lifted to the operator of CETP.As per record maintained by the industry for the period 06.11.2023 to 13.03.2024 it has consumed 2190 Lts. of fresh water in its process and 1500 lts. of effluent has been lifted by M/S J.B.R. Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and about 480 lts of effluent was lying stored in storage tank, which was synchronized considering evaporation losses. 8. Compliance report of NOC conditions if would have been obtained by industry is attached. 9. The compliance report of NOC is attached in annotated form. In view of the above, it recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 with usual conditions and with the special condition that the industry shall apply for authorization under the Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and trans boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 within 15 days.
