Sir, RO reported that the industry is a small scale red category unit and was established without obtaining consent to establish (NOC) from the Board. As per the map of Master Plan Ludhiana, the location of the said industry seems to fall in mixed land use area, where only green category units are allowed, a fresh connection under the name of M/s Megma Bikes was issued on 30.09.2022 which serves as a proof of the date of commissioning to be Sep 2022. Further as per the documents submitted by M/s Magma bikes, the unit has been purchased through auction by them from the Bank.
If approved show cause notice for refusal of consent under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry with personal hearing at ZO level.
