It is intimated that the application of the industry for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations were made:
1. The industry has submitted a CA certificate showing the gross value of fixed assets as Rs. 398.74 lakh. However, in its application, the total value of fixed assets of Rs. 1338.98 lakh, which needs clarification.
2. The industry in its application form has mentioned the total cost of plant and machinery as Rs. 1007.98 lakh. Therefore, the industry is required to apply under large scale.
3. The industry has submitted a copy proposed building plan as approved by Director of Factories. However, for grant of consent to operate, the industry is required to submit final building plans approved by the Competent Authority after the completion of building and installation of plant and machinery.
4. The establishment is requested to submit latest CA certificate i.e. as on 29/02/2024 showing the un-depreciated value of fixed assets.
5. The establishment has not submit any document as proof for its date of commissioning However, it is required to submit proper documentary proof for its date of commissioning, so to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee.
6. The industry is also required to clarifier whether any boiler / oven is installed in the premises or not.
7. The industry is also required to deposited adequate NOC regularization / penalty and consent fee w.e.f date of commissioning.
8. The industry is also required to submit its proposal for disposal of waste ink generated from the process.
As such, you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
