Show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued to the hot mix plant vide this office letter no. 1617 dated 02.04.2024 (copy attached) with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 15.04.2024.
The application is forwarded to the Regional Office to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the project proponent of the HMP through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to RO.
