It is submitted that among the other decisions following decision was also taken as per Sr.No.6 of the personal hearing dated 15.03.2024 taken by Worthy Chairman of the Board as under:-
" Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) act, 1974 be granted for one year with special condition that the industry shall submit the proposal of use of treated sewage effluent onto land for irrigation."
If approved:-
1. File be sent to Zonal Office to Grant the consent in light of above said decision, as the application is pending since 19.01.2024.
2. After Grant of consent, this OCMMS file be closed to reduced the list of pendency cases as officers meeting is scheduled to be taken by Worthy SSTE on 19.04.2024.
3. To comply with the remaining decisions of Personal hearing a separate new e-office file be generated.
