The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has increased its fixed assets as on today as compared with previous fixed assets as on 31.01.2020. After comparison of previous year certificate date 02.03.2020 with the latest CA certificate submitted with this online application. The value of land, plant and machinery have been increased. However, the industry has not submitted any representation in this regard. Further, the industry has also not deposited NOC regularisation fee. In view of above, it is requested to remove all shortcomings and submit reply within 03 days please. |
