In view of facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE and as per recommendations of RO, may if approved the validity of Consent to Establish (NOC) granted under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for 01year i.e. upto 07.03.2025 subject to the sutable conditions mentioned in the NOC granted to the unit.
