The case of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The HCF has not deposited / linked the consent fee.
2. The HCF has attached the certificate from EO, Municipal Council, Mansa which is without the name and address of HCF.
3. The HCF has not attached the declaration regarding ownership certificate such as proprietorship/partnership.
So you are requested to deposit the consent fee and remove above said observations within 2 days so that the case of the HCF has can be processed further.
