Sir as per report of RO the treated effluent samples were collected from the outlet of ETP on 19.10.2023, which are more than 6 months old. Moreover, the industry has not submitted any proposal to install the ETP based ZLD technology for treatment of effluent in compliance to decisions of personal hearing held before the Chairman of the Board on 16.06.2023 and 15.03.2024.
If approved, RO may be requested to collect fresh sample and to get the proposal to install ZLD alongwith PERT chart in compliance to above decisions of personal hearing and send recommendations, accordingly.
