The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused.
The effluent samples were collected on 26.3.2024 and the analysis report has been issued on 2.4.2024. As per analysis report the conc. of pH-7.4, TSS-82 mg/ltr., COD-150 mg/ltr., BOD-38 mg/ltr, and O&G- 6.8 mg/lt. all the parameters within the limits prescribed by the Board for discharge onto land for plantation.
May if approved, consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be granted for project upto 31.03.2029 with usual conditions, please.
