The point wise reply of clarification sought is as under:-
1. The industry is involved in the printing so there will be generation of effluent from washing of screens etc.
Reply:- The industry will be using waste cloths for cleaning the ink and the same will be sent to TSDF NIMBUA.
2. Compliance of special conditions of the NOC.
Reply:- The compliance of special conditions is as under:
1. The industry has assured that they will get itself registered under EPR on centralized portal after obtaining CTOs, as without CTO the industry cannot register itself on portal .
2. The industry is not indulge in any process leading to the generation of trade effluent.
3. The industry is in the process of obtaining authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management &
Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
3. Area for plantation not mentioned in the agenda Give complete details of the machinery installed What material the industry has proposed to import Disposal of waste generated during process.
Reply: The industry will be generating domestic effluent @ 15 KLD which will be discharged onto land for plantation area measuring 1 acres.
