Please find enclosed herewith proceedings of the personal hearing given before the Senior Environmental Engineer (ZP-1) on 27.03.2024 w.r.t show cause notice for refusal of the consent to operate applied by the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide Board's letter no. 62-63 dated 03.04.2024 for compliance.
It is requested to verify the compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing, within prescribed time period and send report accordingly.
