| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The HCF has increased its bed capacity from 30 beds to 45 beds; however, the HCF has submitted the previous site plan. It is requested to submit the latest site plan with actual location of ETP & STP.
2. The HCF has not submitted the analysis report of effluent treated from the ETP.
3. The HCF has submitted an undertaking, wherein, it has mentioned that the HCF is in process to increase the bed strength to 45 beds; however, it has now applied for varied consents to operate for operation of 45 beds installed by it. Kindly clarify.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
