It is submitted that the compaction of soil done in entire movement area and work of surface carpeting just started at site. Further, unit has been visited during visit to area and DC office visit, hence lab staff was not available during visit, hence sampling could not be carried out.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may both be granted upto 30/09/2029 (upto adequacy of fee) for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice (with dryer) @ 3.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 4.5 TPH, as raw material under orange category, with suitable conditions and a special condition that 1. The industry shall got analyzed its stack emission samples from Board's lab. 2. The industry shall provide surface carpeting (paved road/tiles etc.) of movement area, within one month.
