The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. Earlier the industry has applied under red category and the application was returned. Now, the industry has again applied under orange category code 2007 i.e. Food and food processing including fruits and vegetables processing. The site of industry falls in approved industrial area.
May if approved, the renewal of consent be granted to the industry upto 30.9.2028 with usual conditions please.
