It is submitted that that poultry farm has submitted the reply of the clarification on 3.4.23, which has been checked and point wise reply is as under:-
1. As per present proposed site and revenue department report already incorporated in my earlier note poultry farm is meeting with recent siting guidelines prescribed by CPCB for establishment of poultry farm .
2. The pollutry farm has now submitted the copy of Jamabandi and Latha in its reply and khasra no.67//3 (8-0) is now mentioned in their.
3. Pollutry farm has submitted reply that in exact proposed area of pollutry farm will be 5600 sq ft.
4. Sh. Gagandeep Singh s/o Gian Jit Singh is the sole proprietor in this unit and has submitted the undertaking in this regard in its reply.
5.The project proponent has assured that it will comply with all environmental guidelines prescribed for such units.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (CTE) may be granted to the broiler farm for one year, for the establishment of broiler farm, subject to the suitable conditions and with special condition that the poultry farm will comply with the Environmental Guidelines issued by the CPCB.
