Sir, the matter was discussed with your goodself.
During hearing held before the Chairman of the Board on 12.01.2024 it was decided by Competent Authority that the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-I, Ludhiana shall inquire the matter regarding getting analysis report by the PDA. The enquiry in the matter is being made separately and report will be sent seperately.
Further, in reply to query of Zonal Office dated 15.03.2024, RO reported that as per analysis report of sample collected during surprise visit on 25.02.2024, all the parameters are within prescribed standards except TDS.
RO recommended that Show cause notice for refusal of 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority of the Board as it has failed to comply with following decisions of earlier hearing.
If approved, Show cause notice for refusal of 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Chairman of the Board as it has failed to comply with above decisions of hearing, please.
