| Clarification Note: |
On Scrutinizing the application of the project proponent and it was observed as under:
1. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 38.10 crore. Now, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 81.98 crore, please clarify the reason for increase in the fixed assets value. As such the industry is required to clarify the balance depreciation, immediately so that the case can be process further.
2. The project proponent has not submitted agreement with CETP operator.
3. The project proponent has not deposited/ link consent fee with the application.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
