On Scrutinizing the application of the project proponent and it was observed as under:
1. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 101.20 crore. Now, the project 139.95 crore, please clarify the reason for increase in the fixed assets value. As such the project is required to clarify the balance depreciation, immediately so that the case can be process further.
2. The project proponent has not deposit/ links the consent fees with the application.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
