Sir, RO reported as under:
1.The project proponent has not submitted any permission obtained from the MC Maloud for discharge of effluent into MC sewer. 2.The Project Proponent has submitted any proposal for providing composting for the solid waste and disposal of the solid waste to generated from the process. 3. The cost of land is not included in the CA certificate and hence the value of the capital investment is not correct and so does the NOC fee. 4. The proposal of the STP capacity is not in consonance with the proposed effluent generation.
In view of the above, It is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of Consent to Establish’ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the project proponent with hearing at ZO level, please.
