• From the perusal of the document submitted by project proponent, it has been observed that the industry as submitted CA certificate dated 14.04.2023, wherein the value of land is mentioned as lease. As per the rent agreement attached with the application, the plot has been rented out w.e.f. 01.10.2020 to 30.11.2025 @ Rs. 30,000/month, however the said value is not added in the CA certificate…………….
• If approved, the Regional Office be requested to re-check the adequacy of consent fees w.r.t. above observation, so as to enable this office to further process the application.
