• The land area of the proposed industrial unit is 14 Kanal 7.9 Marlas bearing khasra no. 84//21/1 (4-13.84), 21/1 (2-15.46), 22 (6-18.6) is in the name of the industry located at Village Khokhar Khurd, Tehsil Budhlada, Distt. Mansa...............
• The industry has submitted a letter issued by DTP, Mansa vide his memo. No. 17 dated 09.01.2024, wherein it has been mentioned that the site bearing khasra no. 84//21/1 (4-13.84), 21/1 (2-15.46), 22 (6-18.6) falls in the industrial zone of the notified Master Plan, Mansa, where the establishment of such type of industry is permitted...............
• The industry has proposed to install individual cyclone as APCD for shredder & dryer section and common cyclone followed by bag filter as APCD for hammer, mixing & pellets machine. No source of generation of trade effluent and domestic effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation after treatment in septic tank...............
• The proposed site of the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 27.03.2024 and it has been reported that the site is located at a distance of more than 100 mtr from village phirni/15 pucca houses. Boundary wall constructed and in process to construct a shed................
• In view of above, if approved, 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the industrial unit for its establishment for manufacturing of Non-Torrefied Bio-Mass Pellets @ 2 TPH, subject to the following specific conditions:-............
1. The industry will install the pollution control devices simultaneously with establishment of the unit............
2. This 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) is issued from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain the statutory clearances/permissions from the other concerned departments, as required..............
