RO reported that the industry has installed 1 baby boiler of capacity 0.5 TPH with wood as fuel and 1 thermo-pack of capacity 6 lac kcal/hr. which is also wood fired. Gravity settling chamber is acting as APCD. Stack of Adequate height along with proper sampling arrangements have been provided.
If approved, Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to industry upto 30.09.2029 as per the policy of the Board with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall got its air emissions analyzed from Board's lab within 03 months, please.
