Sir the industry has installed ETP consisting of equalisation tank Chemical Dozing arrangement Tube settler Aeration Tube settler Filters Discharge. All component of ETP were in line and in operational condition. Further out of remaining 04 machines, 02 were reached at site and re preventative informed that the remaining 02 machines shall arrived at site within 10 days. After the installation of these machines, total no. of installed machines will be 06.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 maybe granted to the industry for the period of one year with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall got analyzed effluent samples as well as air emission samples from the Board's lab within this period.
