The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.
In light of the facts given in the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Ethyl Acetate @ 36 MTD & Butyl Acetate @ 4 MTD may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.
