The note of AEE dated 4.4.24 may kindly be perused.
A perusal of said note revealed that no 15 meter wide green belt has been provided by the project proponent along the entire length of the boundary wall abutting to the Industrial Focal Point Derabassi.
As such, it is clear that the project proponent has still not complied with the decision no. 6 of the hearing held on 18.12.2023.
In view of above and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, if approved, the application of the project proponent for obtaining CTE may be refused, please.
