Respected Sir,
Keeping in view of the report of AEE, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2027 along with special condition that the industry will make agreement with M/s Bantech Pvt. Ltd. (Narmada), Chanalon for lifting of its surface treatment effluent within 15 days and submit a copy of the same to the Board, please.
