It is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) expansion for addition of 3 No. induction furnace of capacity 1.5 TPH each, 02 no. shot blasting machines, 03 no. paint booths along with allied machinery under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions and with special condition that:- 1. The industry shall submit completion certificate for the proposed APCD with the induction furnaces from the PSCST, Chandigarh before commissioning of the expended unit. 2. The industry shall submit revised approved building plan from the concerned Department and shall obtain varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 from the Board. 3. The industry will not operate newly added induction furnace without obtaining prior permission from the Board. |
