It is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2025 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with usual conditions and with special conditions that: 1. The industry shall apply/obtain registration under EPR Portal within 15 days. 2. The industry will not manufacture any activity related to plastic carry bags/ Single use plastic items. |
