That the matter was clarified from the project proponent and he submitted that he has proposed to setup industrial park for green category industries only and as the total domestic discharge is less than 50 KLD, he has applied under green category.
As the application has already been approved, the consent may be granted with a special condition that the project will get the NOC/CTE extended by changing its category code for industrial park as per categorization of Board circulated by the Board. |
