Details/facts/report alongwith recommendations are given in the note of AEE..
Submitted as per above recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that the industry may be granted ‘consent to operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 for six months subject to suitable conditions & with special conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above..
Also PSPCL authorities may be directed to temporarily restore the electric connection of the industry for six months please.
