After hearing the officer of the Board, representative of industry and material facts on the record, the Senior Environmental Engineer (ZP-1) decided as under: -
1. The industry shall get its change in nature of business certificate from the Competent Authority and submit to the Board and till that not to carry out any activity within its premises.
2.Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala shall comment on the reply submitted by the industry, send its recommendations so as to decide the application, within 07 days.
3. Further action shall be taken after the report from the Regional Office, Patiala.
approved, proceedings may be conveyed to the industry as well as Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala for compliance. |
