1. Neither copy of EC attached nor the compliance of conditions of EC in annotated form submitted. Therefore, details for which EC granted including water consumption, effluent discharge and mode of disposal allowed in EC can not be verified viz-a-viz actual compliance it has made in the field.
2. Regional Office has not verified/certified that the PP is complying with the conditions of EC granted to it.
3. As per RO report EC was granted in year 2014. It means same might have been expired by now. The project is yet to be completed. Extension of EC, if any obtained is not submitted.
4. As per RO report total plot area is 35155 sqm (8.68 acre) and 40 scot villas, 80 denver houses, 108 high rise apartments and 32 economically weaker section houses with total built up area 48078.25 sq mtr......whereas, as per field report the colony has constructed 29 nos. villas, 90 no. independent floor and 72 no. flats, one gym cum kitty hall at site.....The PP has applied for total area of 35167 sq m with built up area of ...48095 sq m.
Thus, neither terminology of construction components matches with EC nor total area and built up area.
4. As per RO report PP has installed two tanks of 2000 lt capacity to reuse the treated effluent. How such a small capacity storage can serve for about 200 existing dwelling units and 260 total units requiring 45 to 60 KLD treated effluent for flushing only.
5. The PP has applied for consents for 260 dwelling units but has constructed less than 200 units.
Consent was applied on 22.3.3024. Hence, 14 days already elapsed.
Therefore, return the application and ask PP
to complete the application and resubmit within 7 days after attending above observations. 0Also, RO to verify the EC conditions and give fresh recommendations/comments in light of above observations while re sending the applications.
