The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
In view of the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year subject to suitable conditions & with special conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above and additional condition that Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) shall comply with the Guidelines for Environmentally Sound Facilities for Handling and Scrapping of End-of- Life Vehicles (ELVs) in true letter and spirit please.
