The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The site falls in general industrial zone.
May if approved, fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2025 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with usual conditions and with special conditions that:
1) The industry shall not manufacture plastic carry bag and this consent is valid for packaging bags/industrial bags only.
2) The industry Shall apply for registration under EPR within 07 days.
3) The industry Shall not carry any business without registration obtained under online centralized portal developed by CPCB.
4) The industry Shall not deal with any entity not registered through online centralized portal developed by CPCB.
