It is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.06.2028 with special condition that:- 1 This consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 is valid for 100 beds only. 2 The HCF shall ensure to comply with the effluent standards as notified under Bio-medical Waste Management Rules, 2016. 3 The HCF shall got lifted/handed over its Bio-Medical Waste generated to the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility on daily basis. 4 The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any. 5 The HCF shall ensure to comply with general standards as notified under the EPA Act 1986. 6 The hospital shall submit extended bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- within 15 days.
