The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed as under:
1. When the industry has made plantation, then what are the reasons of stagnation in the area.
2. Why the BG has not enchased so far in compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing.
3. Whether the hospital has appointed qualified Environment Engineer to operate / maintain its ETP & STP
4. Whether the hospital has submitted any adequacy report of its ETP/STP from the Chartered Engineer
5. Whether Regional Office has carried out any monitoring of the ETP to check the efficiency.
As such, EE RO Patiala to clarify the above observations so as further action may be taken in the matter.
