The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The site falls in general industry zone. The air emission sample was collected by this office on 12.03.2024 and concentration of SPM was within prescribed limit and concentration SO2 is found 445 mg/Nm3 against the limits 400 mg/Nm3, which is found marginally beyond the permissible limit.
May if approved varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for 1 year with usual conditions and with special condition that:-
1. The industry shall operate its APCD properly and efficiently, so as to achieve the air emission results in future.
2. The industry will get its stack sample analyzed from Boards lab within 2 months.
