| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the approved building plans from the Competent Authority.
2. The industry has not deposited the NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 8400/- due to increase in cost of fixed assets of the unit. The industry is also requested to deposit 25% of one year fee as penalty under the both Acts as per Board's office order dated 29.10.2018.
As such, it is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
