The industry has deposited the consent fee Rs. 18000/- through online vide R.no. 266655948 & 557857912 dated 17.04.2023 Rs. 11000/- vide no. 75389789 & dated 5.4.2024 & rs. 8100/- vide no 632151274 dated 5.4.2024 under Water act,1974 & Air Act, 1981 along with NOC fees to make adequate upto 30.09.2025 as per the Board's office order dated 29.10.2018 against fixed assets of Rs. 22.24 lacs as plant and machinery and 30,000/- rent/ month as per the CA certificate.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2024, with suitable conditions. competency:CEE |
