It is intimated that in compliance to the decisions of the personal hearing, the industry has now submitted a letter issued to it by the MC Ludhiana vide no.5432/ATP-B dated 04.04.2024 (copy attached) in which it has been mentioned that the site of the industry falls in the Industrial Mix Zone as per the provisions of the Master Plan Ludhiana. Hence,the site is suitable for the industry .Therefore, In view of above, it is recommended as under:- 1. The Electric connection of the industry may be restored upto six months. 2.The Consent to Operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto six months to the industry with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. |
