Earlier the application of the industry was returned due to following reasons:
1. The site of the industry falls in the non-designated area in its unit but it has not submitted certificate from competent authority
2. Industry has not submitted compliance regarding perform / promote its Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities as well as use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic
3. The project proponent has not submitted compliance of properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
4. Industry has applied under red category but fee deposited under orange category.it requires clarification
Now the industry has again re-submit the application without attending the above said in-completion. if approved the application of industry may be returned with request to re-submit the same after attending the above said in-completion.
There is no option to return the application at AEE level please.
