Sir the point wise reply of the observations raised is as under:-
1. The plantation area is situated within the premises of the industry. The land of industry is on lease as the owner of the industrial land is father of the proprietor and the land of the plantation area is owned by the proprietor of the industry.
2. The industry is complying with the all conditions of NOC as it is situated in industrial land as per the provisions of Master Plan, Ludhiana.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for the period of 06 months with the special condition that it shall got analyzed its effluent samples from the Board's lab within this period.
2. Directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the PSPCL authorities to restore the electric connection of the unit temporarily for the period of 06 months.
