The note of AEE may kindly be perused. In view of the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that the industry may be granted ‘consent to operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 for six months subject to suitable conditions & with special conditions as proposed by RO. Also, PSPCL authorities may be directed to temporarily restore the electric connection of the industry for six months please.
