Submitted for approval with the additional condition that the industry shall submit approved building plans from the Director of Factories, Punjab, or Competent Persons approved by the Director of Factories u/s 3-A of the Factories Act, 1948.
The industry shall not start the manufacturing process without obtaining valid fresh Consent to operator under the Water Act,1974, and the Air Act,1981 from the Board.
The industry shall comply with the provisions of PWRDA and shall obtain permission from PWRDA for the abstraction of groundwater, as required.
The industry shall not discharge any trade effluent(treated or untreated) into the sewer or in inland surface water at any time or any other unauthorized place by any unauthorized means .
The CTE is being issued to the project proponent based upon the documents/ information submitted by it along with the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing
