The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has mentioned the details of hazardous waste in the column no. 05, i.e. details of solid waste in the application form, which is not in order.
2. The industry has not mentioned the details of source of fresh water in the application form.
3. The industry has mentioned in the application form that total plantation area is 04 acres. Further, the industry has mentioned in the application form that the total area of the unit is 4.2 acres. As such, the details mentioned by the industry are contrary.
4. The industry has not mentioned the details of average daily power consumption on wastewater treatment facilities in the application form.
As such the application of the industry cannot be processed online and is required to be returned online, with the request to re-submit the application after attending above observations.
In view of the above, if approved, online permission may please be given for returning the application of the industry.
